"Your Light Will Shine” came together through a process of surrender by simplifying the painting leaving deep earthy tones exposed as the light over powers the dark.

The title was inspired by the verse “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”
‭‭John‬ ‭1‬:‭5‬ 

This painting was the inspiration for this series, “Hope Exposed” It was clear to me that as you draw nearer to God, He promises to fill us with his hope and peace which surpasses all understanding.
